To register and use the playjl platform, you must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of the Philippines or otherwise permitted by applicable law to access online gaming services. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement and that online gaming is not prohibited in your jurisdiction. playjl reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time, and accounts found to belong to underage players will be immediately suspended and any funds returned in accordance with applicable regulations. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the platform complies with all local laws and regulations applicable to you. Players who are found to have provided false information during registration may have their accounts permanently closed without prior notice.
Each player is permitted to hold only one account on the playjl platform. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts. When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact method. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and must not share your username or password with any other person. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify playjl immediately so that appropriate security measures can be taken. All account activity conducted through your login credentials is your responsibility, regardless of whether it was authorised by you.
All deposits and withdrawals on the playjl platform are processed in Philippine pesos (₱ PHP). Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction within your account. Deposits are generally credited to your account balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider, though processing times may vary depending on the method used. Withdrawals are subject to identity verification and may require you to submit supporting documentation before funds are released. playjl does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals, but your payment provider may apply their own charges, which are outside our control. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be clearly communicated at the time the offer is made. Bonuses may not be withdrawn as cash until the applicable wagering requirements have been fully met, and any attempt to withdraw bonus funds before meeting these requirements will result in the forfeiture of the bonus amount. playjl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who are found to be abusing bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts or coordinated betting strategies — will have their bonuses forfeited and may face account suspension. Only one bonus offer may be active on your account at any given time unless otherwise stated in the promotion's specific terms.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the playjl platform and will result in immediate account suspension and potential forfeiture of funds: using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform; colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage; engaging in money laundering or using the platform for any illegal financial activity; providing false or misleading information during registration or verification; and attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise interfere with the platform's software or infrastructure. playjl cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and will report any suspected illegal activity to the appropriate agencies. Players found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will not be entitled to a refund of any deposited funds that are subject to investigation.
playjl provides its platform on an "as is" basis and makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the service. While we make every effort to maintain a stable and reliable platform, we cannot guarantee that the service will be free from technical interruptions, errors, or downtime. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, playjl's total liability to any player for any claim arising from the use of the platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim. playjl is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits or loss of data. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits our liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
You may close your playjl account at any time by contacting our support team and requesting account closure. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any applicable verification requirements. playjl reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account that is found to be in violation of these Terms and Conditions, without prior notice and without liability. In cases where an account is closed due to suspected fraud or prohibited conduct, playjl may withhold the account balance pending investigation. Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period may be subject to an inactivity policy, details of which will be communicated to the registered email address before any action is taken. Players who have been self-excluded may not request account reopening until the self-exclusion period has fully elapsed.
playjl reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via the contact details held on their account and will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the platform after any changes have been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
